Garth is Group Managing Director. He is in charge of ensuring quality of output on-time, no matter what the project may be. He is involved at the planning level of projects and maintains consistent presence over each job within the factory.
Garth has an exceptional knowledge of print and continues to push the boundaries of production, he also has the invaluable ability to understand and produce complicated print projects within high pressured timescales. He leads the team with positive energy, fast and accurate decisions whilst maintaining an eagle view of the complete operation.
His understanding of the industry allows him to look at the functionality of the company on a wider scale enabling him to make smart contributions from a business strategy perspective. He also contributes to the print industry think tank panel of experts.
Dom is a third generation lithographic printer with over 30 year’s experience in delivering print solutions to clients via litho, digital and web processes with a reputation for attention to detail, precision & reliability. Packaging and environmentally sound commercial printing are his forté with a specialist knowledge in award winning high end publications using unique or unusual materials and finishing techniques.
He has a track record of building strong and lasting relationships with national and international accounts and leading a team of sales executives and account managers to exponential sales growth. His incredibly high client retention rates illustrate the success of his strategy to continue to develop Lexon Group with market leading new technologies combined with tried and tested solutions.

the industry’s highest quality print with 'Spekta 2'
screening. Additionally, our streamlined production conforms
to certified ISO9001 quality standard, the 18001 health and
safety policy, backed up with ISO14001 environmental award and
the ISO12647 colour measurement standard.
Putting our customers first and working with our suppliers to
provide quality innovative products is key to our stable
growth. In turn this has allowed us to reinvest in our
facilities, staff and equipment to ensure that our service
remains as one of the industry’s highest.
Our plant includes lithographic, large format, small format digital and screenprint, together with extensive in-house finishing equipment. With our technology and comprehensive plant list, we are able to undertake complete print projects from the initial stage and finish production under one roof.
